Katmandu

Katmandu served as a bodygaurd to the Charlie Llama. The Turtles and Ninjara meet him when they travel to meet the Charlie Llama with Splinter. The Katmandu figure is a Doppleganger figure from Toy Biz's Spiderman line. the middle set of arms were cut off and the holes patched with sculpty. The Doppleganger head was carved down to a small ball and the neck joint was secured using some more Sculpty. The Katmanu head is a Movie III turtle head and helmet (Don I think) carved up and painted with ears made of Sculpty. The entire figure had to be repainted and then received a coat of Dullcote Lacquer.
